 The primary issue is that Energy Star DWH are almost all "on-demand" or instantaneous, rather than storage tank and therefore are cost prohibitive and often not practical for the installation space. Committee concurs with suggestion to go with .70 for SF and MF only. Committee also identified a need to modify the specification for MH, to remove the energy star requirements and low NOX burner as these are not available for MH. We will need to separate this spec from the others and just leave for MH. Red Line
